AQUEOUS CLEANING SYSTEMS

Multi-chamber immersion cleaning systems

These installations always find their application where high throughputs, high batch weights, complicated part geometries and complex multi-level cleaning processes are involved. The configuration as well as the range of accessories are adapted to the customer's requirements in each case.

A removable basket holder transfer system means that the multi-chamber immersion plant is fully automatic, this allows the retro-fitting of additional basket holders, which flexibly increase production performance.

Alternatively, additional basket racks can extend process times in individual stations while maintaining the same throughput capacity and thus meet the requirements for better cleaning.

Multi-chamber immersion plants also offer the greatest possible degree of flexibility for the movement of goods, selection of cleaning agents and accessories.

Simultaneous turning and lifting movements can be easily integrated into this installation concept.

Single-chamber flood cleaning systems

Its compact exterior dimensions and optionally available expansion units such as ultrasonic, pressurized cleaning liquid circulation and hot air and vacuum drying make the single-chamber flooding and cleaning plant the complete solution for virtually all applications.

The advantages of this cleaning technology consist mainly in the optimal energy consumption resulting from the storage of the cleaning media in sealed and insulated containers. This range of installations also scores on the cleaning process front, with complete filtration of the cleaning media and the availability of ultrasonic or spray function at each stage of treatment.

For a small number of components with simple geometries, compact single-chamber cleaning systems are ideal. The optimum cleaning effect is achieved by a rotating holder or a vertically rotating spray register for particularly large and heavy individual parts.

A horizontally rotating basket holder is recommended for bulk parts or individual insertion of parts through baskets. These systems come in standard sizes, but are also produced in all sizes to meet customer specifications.

Rotary cleaning systems

Rotary cleaning plants using a spray and/or immersion process are ideal for integration into production lines for cleaning individual parts due to their low space requirements and short cycle times.

Parts can be loaded manually by an integrated handling system or by robots. Depending on the part geometry, components can be pre-aligned so that problem areas can be optimally addressed.

The spray and drying nozzles are individually adapted to the part to be cleaned. If possible and if necessary, the components can be aligned in such a way that the holes are predominantly cleaned, and thus meet the highest cleaning requirements.

Drying of components can be carried out either using classical processes such as blow and hot air drying or vacuum drying.

Spray cleaning systems

Spray cleaning plants for aqueous media are suitable for cleaning parts integrated in manufacturing process lines.

From simple models to intermediate cleaning and extending to complex multi-stage final cleaning installations, the systems can be individually tailored to customer requirements.

Components are transported in a customized manner, either on chain conveyor belts, pick-up prisms or in baskets on conveyor chains.

A configuration involving overhead conveyors and the introduction of washable pallets from previous processing steps into the transportation system of the cleaning plant is also possible.

In addition to pure spray application, immersion and ultrasonic cleaning lines are also possible for appropriate component geometries.

For cyclically driven installations, mobile spray nozzles can be used by targeting techniques for targeted hole cleaning.

If systems are loaded with baskets or transport pallets, vacuum drying can also be integrated.
