Mazarom Impex SRL is launching the direct procurement procedure for the "Ventilation System" within the Project "Increasing the Competitiveness of Mazarom Impex S.R.L. through Additive Manufacturing Technology", SMIS code: 319870, project co-financed by the European Union through the Just Transition Program 2021-2027.

Procurement type: direct purchase.

The minimum technical characteristics of the ventilation system are:

• Number of filter elements - minimum 2 pcs;
• Filtered air volume - minimum 4000 m3/h.

Estimated value: 97.094,93 RON + VAT

Tenders shall contain the following documents:

1. Submission letter;
2. Power of attorney - if applicable - where the tender or the accompanying documents (declarations, forms) are signed by a person who does not appear in the certificate of attestation under the heading of authorized persons/full powers administrator;
3. Declaration of no conflict of interest;
4. Declaration on the status of the tenderer;
5. Offer - Technical and financial proposal;
6. Declaration on compliance with the DNSH principle and Self Assessment Annex - on compliance with the DNSH principle - "Do No Significant Harm";
7. Consent to the processing of personal data;
8. Declaration of beneficial owner;
9. Report "Provision of information on beneficial owners" issued by the National Office of the Trade Register, from which the real and current information on the beneficial owner is available;
10. Company registration certificate issued by the National Trade Register Office, or equivalent for foreign bidders;
11. Certificate issued by the National Office of the Trade Register showing the identification data, unique registration code, field of activity and CAEN codes authorized at the registered office and workplaces of the bidder, as well as the associates and legal representatives of the company.

3. Purchase Adjustable desk (2 pcs.); estimated value (total 2 pcs.): 5.520 RON+ VAT. The adjustable desk must be height adjustable.
