PRODUCTS

Bed Type Milling Machines

A construction made on a compact chuck in which the workpiece has a movement that coincides with one or two of the machining axes.

There are three versions:

- Table with longitudinal displacement
- Rotary table with longitudinal displacement
- Table with longitudinal traverse and integrated rotary table

This offers different technological solutions aimed at high profitability.

T-type Milling Machines

"T" type Processing Centers are built on a compact frame, the column having a transverse motion (V-axis) parallel to the ram motion (Y-axis), and are provided with a rotating table with transverse motion (X-axis).

The column movement allows turning of large workpieces and machining with the ram positioned not too far from the column for high precision machining.

Travelling Column Milling Machines

Design with longitudinal movement of the column and, consequently, of the milling head, so that the chipping tool has movements on the three linear machining axes.

Designed with both floor and tabletop column guidance, this solution offers:

- Machining parts which, due to their size and weight, are preferable not to move.
- Significant savings in the space needed for siting.

Floor type Milling Machines

Design with longitudinal movement of the column and, consequently, of the milling head, so that the chipping tool has movements on the three linear machining axes.

The movement of the column is along its own longitudinal axis, guided on a sturdy beam, allowing multiple configurations for clamping parts.

The independence of the fixtures or tables from the beater - the "column-column-carriage-spindle" assembly allows the positioning of workpieces of different shapes and sizes, thus creating different types of machines.
