Rather than optionally connecting the chain loader to the machine in a separate unit, the UW I D cleverly integrates the entire chain loader with up to 320 working tools right inside the machine.
This not only makes the outside dimensions of the machine much more compact, it also reduces tool change times.
The biggest time savings, however, are realized by UW I D during abrasive wheel changes.
The completely newly designed mechanism causes the machine to quickly change ready-made abrasive wheel packs directly under the spindle for time savings of up to 70%.
This reduces the entire abrasive wheel change to just 12 seconds.
